GALI LMT Carriage

The LMT printing carriage, designed for high-quality textile printing, offers a set of technical features that guarantee exceptional results:

Table Washing Carriage

The GALI table washing carriage is the ideal solution for keeping printing tables spotless and ensuring high-quality production. Designed to work in conjunction with our printing carriages, this automated equipment simplifies the cleaning task, especially in jobs with frequent design changes or on large format tables.

Simple maintenance: Requires minimal maintenance, such as periodic brush cleaning/replacement.
Optional brush extraction system: Version with brush extraction system for easy cleaning and maintenance.

Spreading Carriage

Our GALI printing tables are designed to offer maximum precision and durability, ensuring optimal results in every print. Manufactured with high-quality materials and following the most demanding standards, our tables are the ideal choice for textile printing professionals.

Precision and stability: Its robust metal structure and leveling system ensure a perfectly flat work surface, essential for obtaining sharp and uniform prints.

Technical Features

Along with the table, GALI supplies a felt to cover the table, which has several advantages: soft and uniform surface, adaptability, and table protection. And a high-resistance rubber designed specifically to withstand the rigors of the printing process.

In addition, GALI offers a heating blanket that is an ideal complement to printing tables. By providing uniform and controlled heating of the work surface, this blanket offers multiple advantages.

Accelerates ink drying: By raising the surface temperature, the ink dries faster, increasing productivity and reducing cycle times.
