Description of the A27 air starter
The GALI A27 air starter motor has been developed for its installation in internal combustion engines, main and auxiliary reciprocating, with an approximate displacement between 15 and 70 l. Its remarkably high torque, together with its reduced dimensions, lightness and low air consumption, is a guarantee of success even in the most demanding applications. The geared rotor concept provides high durability and high efficiency.
The GALI A27 air starter motor is ready to operate directly at 40 bar, without the need for any auxiliary pressure reduction system. It is equipped with an integrated overspeed safety system to protect the engine.
It is a pre-engaged type, does not require external lubrication. Its modular design allows multiple mounting and retrofitting possibilities even in the smallest spaces.
